COVENANT EYES We are able to serve clients by filing some insurance and EAP companies to include, but not limited to: Aetna, Cigna/Evernorth, ComPsych, CuraLinc, Magellan, Mutual of Omaha, & United/Optum/Oscar & Some Medicare Plans $150 for 45-50 minute sessions.
